PandaVision is an Australian studio that produces comedy panel shows with AI casts and publishes them to its own channels. These terms cover this website and the software we run against our own accounts.

What this site is

A catalogue of our shows and links to the episodes. It is published for viewers to read and watch. There are no visitor accounts, no logins, and nothing to sign up for.

Our content

The episodes, artwork and clips are our own work. Every voice in them is AI-generated; no real person is being impersonated, and no real person's likeness or voice is used without permission. Characters named after AI models are comic personas, not statements about those models or the companies behind them.

You may link to and share our episodes. You may not republish them as your own, or use them to train a model, without asking first.

Our software and third-party platforms

We run our own tooling to publish our own content to our own accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Bluesky and TikTok. That software authorises only accounts we own. It is not a product, it is not offered to anyone else, and it does not act on behalf of any third party.

Where we use a platform's API we follow that platform's own terms. Nothing on this site grants you rights to those platforms.

Advertising

This site carries Google AdSense. Advertising is served by Google, not by us; what it collects is covered in our privacy policy and by Google's own terms.

No warranty

This site and its contents are provided as they are, without warranty. We may change, move or remove anything here at any time. The shows are comedy and are not advice of any kind — nothing in an episode is a factual claim about a real company, product or person, even where real names are mentioned in jest.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
