PandaVision is an Australian studio that produces comedy panel shows with AI casts and publishes them to its own YouTube channels. This page describes what data our software touches and what we do with it.

This site

pandavision.world is a set of static pages. There are no accounts and no logins. The only form is the contact form, and the only thing it does is send us what you typed.

The site is served through Cloudflare and hosted on shared hosting. Those providers keep standard server and security logs, which can include your IP address, browser user-agent and the pages requested. We use that only to keep the site online and to investigate abuse. We do not combine it with anything else and we do not sell it.

Advertising

We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies or read device identifiers to serve and measure those ads, including ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites. This is done by Google, not by us — we never see who you are, and we receive only aggregate earnings figures.

You can turn personalised advertising off at Google My Ad Center, review how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, uses no localStorage, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other sites. It records only aggregate information about page views — which page, roughly where in the world, which site referred you, and how quickly the page loaded.

There is no way for us to identify you from it, and nothing in it is shared or sold. It is collected by Cloudflare as part of serving the site rather than by a script we added; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We use no other analytics.

The contact form

When you send a message we keep your name, email address, chosen subject, the message itself, the IP address it came from and your browser's user-agent string. The IP and user-agent are kept because they are the only way to tell a real message from the automated ones, and they are deleted along with the rest.

We use it to reply and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, not used for advertising, and not shared. Messages are deleted once the matter is finished, and in any case within twelve months. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Our YouTube tooling

We run our own automation against the YouTube Data API to publish and organise episodes on channels we own and operate. Access is granted by the channel owner signing in with Google, and the resulting credential is stored only on our own machine.

That tooling is used strictly to manage our own channels. Specifically, it:

  • uploads our own finished episodes, with their titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails;
  • creates and maintains playlists and shelves on our own channels;
  • reads our own channels' public video lists and subscriber counts to check that an upload succeeded and has not been removed.

It has no other users. We do not request access to anyone else's Google account, and we do not read, store or process any other person's Google data. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or to train machine-learning models.

Embedded or linked YouTube content is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, not this one.

Retention

Credentials are kept until revoked or no longer needed. Provider logs expire on those providers' own schedules. You can revoke our tooling's access to a Google account at any time from Google Account permissions.

Children

Our shows are made for adults. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update it here and change the date at the top.
